Malmö Ideella är medlemmar i NÄTVERKET Idéburen sektor Skåne, som jobbar för sektorn på regional nivå genom påverkansarbete, samarbeten och nätverk, omvärldsanalys och kunskapsutveckling.

Malmö Ideella deltar i samarbetet inom det svenska Eurodesk-nätverket tillsammans med 14 andra lokala kontaktpunkter hos kommuner, Europa Direkt-kontor och organisationer, som informerar och inspirera unga i sin närhet om deras möjligheter i Europa. Nätverket samordnas av MUCF, på uppdrag av regeringen.
Eurodesk har totalt runt 3000 kontaktpunkter i 36 länder.
